How do I submit my course assignment in Canvas?

Answer:

You can submit your course assignments in Canvas. However, you will only be permitted one submition per assignment. So please make sure you have checked your assignment before submitting it.

1. Login to Canvas and go to your course for which you need to submit assignment.
2. Click on Assignments.

3. Click on the assignment name that is due for submission.

4. Before you make your first submission, you will be presented with the 'Turnitin End-User License Agreement'. Click on 'I Agree' to proceed.

5. Click on 'Upload Submission'.

6. Click on 'Choose file' and navigate to the file to upload it from your computer.

7. Change the submission title, if instructed by course coordinator.
8. Click Upload and Review.
9. Review your assignment and click on 'Submit to Turnitin'.

10. Once submitted successfully you wills the screen below confirming 'Submission Completed'.

Note: Canvas does not allow users to upload apple native files such as .pages so do format your documents to Word, Powerpoint or Pdf.
