How do I make a new booking on matrix?
Answer:
All faculty and staff have access to Matrix Booking.

1. Log-in to Matrix Booking through this link - https://app.matrixbooking.com

2. Once logged in, click on new booking in the top right of the page.

3. Now you can choose what type of room you would like to book.
- From here you can choose the date and time you would like to book the room for.

4. You will now see the rooms available on the day of your booking.
- At the top you can specify the time//amount of time// how many people, so you can get a room suitable for you and the rooms available.
- To the left you can specify location.
- You can also specify the facilities you need.
- Lastly you can click the plus sign to see all rooms available.

5. Once you have chosen the room you then set a title for your booking and click on Book.

6. You have now made a booking on matrix.
7. If you need to cancel a booking you can can click on an existing booking you have and click the cancel button.
