Answer:
All faculty, staff and students have the ability to browse the Service Catalog.
Browsing by Category:
1. When on the Sage Service Home Page
2. Click the "Services" tab along the top toolbar.
3. Once you select "Services," all of the service categories appear
4. Under each category name is a short description of the services that fall within it.
- Some categories consist of sub-categories that further breakdown and organize services.
- Some categories are audience-based and contain sub-categories and services pertinent to only Faculty, Staff or Students. If you'd only like to see services available to you, select one of these audience-based categories.
- If you have a SIA email account, you may see additional categories after logging into the Sage Service portal.
1. To browse services in alphabetical order, select "Services" from the home toolbar and a secondary toolbar will appear.
2. From the secondary toolbar, select "Services A-Z."
3. Along the top of this page, you may select a particular letter to view all services that begin with that letter. If no letter is selected, you may scroll down to see all of the alphabetically grouped services.
1. If interested in viewing the newest or most requested services, begin by selecting "Services" from the Sage Service homepage toolbar.
2. From here, you will see boxes along the right-hand side of the page.
3. The first box contains five of the most "Popular" services in the Service Catalog.
4. The second box contains "My Recently Visited Services." These links will take you directly to the services you were most recently viewing.
- To see more than five services, select "View all Popular Services" at the bottom of either box.
1. The last box along the right side of the "Services" page contains the most "Popular Tags" for classifying services.
2. Like the "Popular Services" boxes, there is a "View All" button if you wish to view all tags used to classify services within the catalog.
