How do I Change my Password from the Single Sign On Menu?
Answer:
All SIA faculty, staff and students have the ability to change their password via the Single Sign-On Menu.
Note: If you have forgotten your Office 365 email password and do not have access to your SIA email then please use the following link to contact IT - submit a service request.
1. To change your password, you will need to sign-in to the Single Sign On (SSO) menu page via - https://sso.sothebysinstitute.com

2. Once signed in you will be presented with the SSO menu.
3. Select the Change Password link from the menu (See below).

4. Enter your new password and confirm, then click the Change Password link to update your password.

5. To help protect BrandEd systems and data, users must select a password that is secure and difficult to guess. In accordance with security best practice the following rules are enforced and are mandatory:
- Each password should contain a minimum of twelve (12) characters.
- Each password must contain at least one character from the following categories:
- Uppercase characters (A through to Z)
- Lowercase characters (a through to z)
- Numerical digits (0 through to 9)
- Special character (\ | ! @ #, etc…)
• Passwords should NOT
- Be a dictionary word or proper name
- Be identical to the previous five (5) passwords used
- Contain spaces
Please Note: The change password process will take approximately one minute to complete
6. Once complete you will see the message below confirming that the change was successful.
