How do I use the Knowledge Base to find "Self-Help" solutions?

 

Answer:

All faculty, staff and students have the ability to browse the Knowledge Base.

 

Answers to many common technical issues can be found in the Knowledge Base. Often these "Self-Help solutions" will include step-by-step instructions and screen shots to guide you.

1. Start by navigating to the Sage Service Home Page and select "Knowledge Base" from the toolbar near the top of the page.

2. You can browse by category or use the Search function.  It is recommended that you log in using your school credentials first, as there are some articles that will only be visible if you are logged in.

3. Each category and sub-category contains articles.
