How can I report a suspected Phishing email to IT?

Answer:

To report a suspected Phishing to IT:

1) If you are using Outlook, in the top right hand of Outlook you will see an envelope with a fishing hook over it. Select that button and another window panel will open to confirm you want to report this email as a Phishing email.

2) If you are using O365 WebMail, select the email and then select the 3 dots on the upper right hand corner. In this menu you will see the option for "Phish Alert V2" Confirm that you want to report email.
