The School of the New York Times (the School) may loan School equipment to students for use in connection with their course work and assignments. Borrowing School equipment is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked by the School at any time at the School’s sole discretion, including if the School determines that the Student has not taken reasonable care of the equipment.
