Question:
How do I Request a service on Matrix Booking?
Answer:
All faculty and staff have access to Matrix Booking.
1. you can do this on an existing booking or a new booking (please refer to How do I make a new booking on matrix? KB article)
- You can do this when first making a booking.
- Or when you have made a booking click on the booking and go to options.

2. Once on the options page click on the plus button next to services.

3. From here you can choose what services you want. (there will also be an option to request Facilities help when booking a classroom)

4. once you have selected the services you need, you can now choose how long you need them for and if you want to add any additional notes.
- Please be advised you can only request a service with a minimum of 2 days notice
