How do I View my Submitted Tickets in the Service Catalog?

 

Answer:

All faculty, staff and students have access to their ticket record.

 

1.  When on the Sage Service Home Page, log into the system using your school credentials.

2.  Click the "Services" tab along the top toolbar.

3. Select "Ticket Requests" from the grey toolbar.

4. The resulting page will show your current open tickets.

5. If you would like to see your previous tickets that have been closed or cancelled, select the drop-down menu labelled "Status" and check the box next to Select All.

 

6. Once you have done so, click the "Search" button to update the results.
